The overarching aim of the Adoption Service is to provide a range of secure and sustainable adoptive placements that meet the needs of vulnerable children in care who are likely have suffered significant harm or may have additional and specific needs that make finding adoptive families a particular challenge.
Diagrama's adoption service also has a long established commitment to providing adoption and post adoption support services because we recognise the life-long nature of adoption for adopted children, adults, adoptive parents and birth family members.
Our service is also committed to continuous improvement, adding to the national debate about achieving placements and permanence for children, through maximising potential in the areas that make the biggest difference to children, young people and families.
The overarching aim of the Foster Care service is to provide a range of high quality, appropriate foster placements that meet and exceed the national standards and ensure the best possible outcomes for all children placed with Diagrama's carers. The Foster Care service is also committed to continuous improvement and to maximising achievements in the areas that make the biggest difference to children, young people and families.
